Job Description: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Mode: Full Time with Surge and Deployed to Client

CTC: INR LPA

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad only (10 days WFO)

Experience: Min. 12+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate all
    Scrum ceremonies
    including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
  • Act as a
    servant leader
    for one or more cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a
    well-defined product backlog
    with clear priorities.
  • Remove impediments and support the team to achieve Sprint goals.
  • Foster
    Agile best practices
    , tools, and techniques across teams.
  • Drive a culture of
    continuous improvement
    through metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
  • Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, architecture, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Improve team performance using
    Agile metrics
    such as velocity, burndown charts, lead time.
  • Ensure organizational alignment with
    Scaled Agile
    , , or SAFe practices where applicable & Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively plan resolutions.
  • Ensure transparency, communication, and alignment across all project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of total experience
    , with
    10+ years in Agile/Scrum roles
    .
  • Must be a
    Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM I or II)
    .
  • Experience working in
    Agile enterprise environments
    with distributed/global teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP), Lean concepts.
  • Proven experience in coaching teams through Agile maturity and transformation.
  • Hands-on experience in using Agile tools such as
    JIRA, Confluence, Rally, VersionOne
    , etc.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multi-team dependencies.
  • Experience working with
    DevOps practices
    , CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Exposure to
SAFe framework
or other scaling models preferred
