Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Davangere. The Shift Incharge will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and handle shift schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that manufacturing goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising production processes and managing operational staff
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Relevant experience in the renewable energy or telecommunication sector is a plus
• Diploma in mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
