Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Surgery Coding Auditors and Team lead roles. The Surgery Coding quality Analyst will be responsible for accurately coding medical procedures and diagnoses, ensuring compliance with medical coding guidelines, quality parameters and maintaining detailed records of medical information. The Surgery Coding Auditors will work closely with operations team and verify the quality documentation and provide expert knowledge on medical terminology and coding standards.

Qualifications

  • Coding Experience and Medical Coding skills
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Health Information Management
  • Certified coders only (CPC, CCS)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
