We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer with a strong background in Dataverse, CI-CD pipelines, and Jenkins (CI-J) automation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience developing solutions across the Dynamics 365 platform, managing Dataverse configurations, and automating deployments through DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dynamics 365 & Dataverse Development

  2. Develop, customize, and configure solutions across D365 CE (Customer Engagement) apps (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)

  3. Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, views, and business rules.
  4. Build and enhance Model-Driven and Canvas Apps using Power Apps.
  5. Implement Plugins (C#), JavaScript, Business Rules, and Web Resources.
  6. Work with Power Automate to build complex business process flows.

  7. Implement business logic using Power Automate, Plugins (C#), and JavaScript

  8. Data Modeling & Integration

  9. Design scalable and secure data schemas using Dataverse.

  10. Integrate with external systems using Power Automate, Dataverse Web API, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors.

  11. Build virtual tables and work with dataflows for external data integration.

  12. CI-CD / Jenkins (CI-J)

  13. Design, build, and manage CI-CD pipelines for Power Platform/D365 using:

  14. Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins

  15. Power Platform CLI / PAC

  16. Solution pack/unpack automation

  17. Integrate Dataverse deployments with Git repositories (source control)

  18. Manage ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) across development, test, and production environments

  19. Automate solution export/import and environment deployments

  20. Security & Governance

  21. Implement and maintain Dataverse security roles, field-level security, and environment-based access control.

  22. Ensure all development aligns with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance standards.

  23. Documentation & Collaboration

  24. Produce technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

  25. Work collaboratively with solution architects, business analysts, and QA/test teams.
  26. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support backlog grooming and sprint planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse
  • Strong experience with Power Platform CLI, Solution management, Dataverse SDK
  • Solid experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using:
  • Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins
  • YAML pipelines, PowerShell, or Batch scripts
  • Familiarity with Git, Repos, and Branching strategies
  • Strong development skills in C# (Plugins), JavaScript, Power FX
  • Experience with REST APIs, OData, and Dataverse Web API

Tools & Platforms:

  • Power Platform CLI (pac)
  • Azure DevOps Pipelines / YAML
  • Git / GitHub / Bitbucket
  • Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code
  • Postman / Fiddler for API testing

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Power Platform Pipelines
  • Familiarity with Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Service Bus
  • Experience in unit testing (e.g., FakeXrmEasy, MSTest)
  • Knowledge of managed vs unmanaged solutions, solution layering, and ALM strategy
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Government)
