Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced
BI Developer
to design and implement business intelligence solutions that drive decision-making across key domains such as
Inventory Control
,
Fleet Management
,
Supply Chain
, and
Finance & Accounting
. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in
SQL
,
Power BI
, and
Azure Data Services
, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement
    data-driven processes
    for reporting, analytics, and business monitoring.
  • Build
    ETL pipelines
    and
    data movement frameworks
    using
    Azure Data Factory
    and other cloud components.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver
    real-time and near-real-time analytics solutions
    .
  • Create and maintain
    Power BI dashboards and reports
    to visualize KPIs and operational data.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
    across reporting systems.
  • Work with
    cross-functional teams
    to implement process improvements and automation.
  • Participate in
    code reviews, performance tuning
    , and troubleshooting BI solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    SQL
    (query optimization, stored procedures, joins, data modeling).
  • Expertise in
    Power BI
    for visualization, DAX, and data modeling.
  • Practical experience with
    Azure ecosystem
    , especially
    Azure Data Factory
    for data ingestion and orchestration.
  • Knowledge of
    Azure DevOps
    for CI/CD and version control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across global teams.
  • Passion for
    data analytics and business transformation
    .

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to
    Supply Chain Management
    ,
    Fleet Management
    , or
    Finance & Accounting
    domains.
  • Experience with
    real-time data streaming
    or
    cloud data warehousing
    solutions (e.g., Synapse, Snowflake).

    in BI delivery.
