Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to enhance business processes and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the integration of SFDC with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on SFDC Lightning and Customization to optimize user experience and system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SFDC solutions to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and security.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new SFDC features and technologies to enhance our service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all SFDC implementations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower stakeholders with SFDC knowledge and skills.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps for SFDC enhancements and upgrades.
  • Contribute to the companys growth by delivering high-quality SFDC solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in SFDC Sales Cloud Lightning Integration and Customization with proven experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management as a valuable asset.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing scalable SFDC solutions that align with business goals.
  • Have a track record of successful SFDC project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
