Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Hyderabad. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently and effectively. Duties include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining quality control standards, optimizing productivity, and liaising with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production management and manufacturing processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to develop and implement production schedules and plans
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies
  • Experience in the plastic recycling industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
