Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote our services and products. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, answering customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products and services. The role may require the representative to follow up on leads and close sales.

- Proven Sales experience
- Ability to participate in Training sessions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and local languages
