About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize modern data pipelines and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data engineering, cloud platforms, and automation, with hands-on expertise in Snowflake, DBT, and SnapLogic. This role requires a mix of technical depth, problem-solving skills, and end-to-end ownership of data delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing using Snowflake, DBT, and SnapLogic.
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring data integrity, quality, and performance.
  • Work with data warehousing and lakehouse architectures, implementing efficient storage, partitioning, and modeling practices.
  • Write and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts to transform, validate, and automate data workflows.
  • Build and deploy data integration solutions leveraging APIs and modern data platforms.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure automation and deployment.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including IAM, networking, and security configurations.
  • Use Terraform or CloudFormation to automate cloud resource provisioning and maintain infrastructure as code.
  • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and product teams to enable data-driven insights and decision-making.
  • Monitor and optimize data performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across the data ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–9 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Snowflake (must have), DBT (must have), and SnapLogic.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and data lakehouse architectures.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Bash/Shell scripting.
  • Experience with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP — and related services for compute, storage, and security.
  • Working knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools.
  • Strong understanding of data security, IAM, VPNs, and encryption standards.
  • Experience in CI/CD automation for data workflows and infrastructure deployments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., Airflow, Databricks, Fivetran).
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and event-driven architectures.
  • Cloud certification (AWS Certified Data Engineer, Azure Data Engineer Associate, or GCP Data Engineer) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
