Job Summary:

Advantal Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role involves working with large datasets, generating insights, and assisting business teams in data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and generate reports.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Assist in developing SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Work closely with senior analysts and business teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Basic knowledge of Python/R for data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
