Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Game and Challenge Designer who can create engaging, real-world games for road trips, trail events, and adventure experiences. You will design challenges that push people out of their comfort zones, spark competition, and turn travel into a story worth sharing.

What You Will Do

  • Design physical and mental challenges for outdoor and road-based events
  • Create clue hunts, team games, time-based tasks, and location-led challenges
  • Test and refine games on ground to ensure safety, fun, and fairness
  • Work closely with event planners to integrate games into itineraries
  • Ensure challenges are photo-worthy, engaging, and memorable for participants

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience conducting adventure activities, camps, trails, or outdoor games
  • Strong understanding of group dynamics and competitive gameplay
  • Ability to design games that are challenging but accessible
  • Creative mindset with attention to execution details
  • Comfortable working on field and during live events

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with trekking groups, corporate outbound training, or adventure clubs
  • Background in sports, psychology, or experiential learning
  • Ability to narrate games with strong storytelling elements
