Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor based in Faridabad. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, and manage team performance. Responsibilities include monitoring operational workflows, improving efficiency, analyzing operational data, and ensuring compliance with company protocols. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
  • Experience in Operations and Operations Management, with proficiency in overseeing logistics workflows
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and improve processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and clear reporting
  • Knowledge of logistics or supply chain management is an advantage
  • 12th Pass in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring operational accuracy
