Role Overview:

The
Marketing Operations Executive
will be responsible for executing marketing plans, supporting revenue generation through marketing kits, and coordinating on-ground marketing activities across IKidz centers Pan India. The role includes frequent travel
across North India—primarily Delhi NCR and the surrounding regions
, to support centers with events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. The overall travel requirement outside Bangalore is approx.
10–12 days per month
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing annual and monthly
    marketing plans
    aligned with business goals.
  • Drive
    Kit Revenue Generation
    through marketing initiatives, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Plan and execute
    marketing campaigns, events, and activities
    across IKidz centers nationwide.
  • Coordinate with vendors, franchise partners, and internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns and branding activities.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including content coordination and campaign implementation.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Maintain records of marketing spends, kit sales, and campaign performance reports.
  • Support the creative team with ideas and requirements for marketing collaterals and digital content.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all centers and marketing materials.
  • Travel frequently across North India
    —primarily Bangalore, and also cover the rest of the northern region for center visits, events, and marketing activities (approx. 10–12 days outside Delhi NCR in a month).

Requirements:

  • Qualification:
    Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    1 – 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in the education or franchise sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing execution, vendor coordination, and event management.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be a strong plus.
  • Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
