Architect (female)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong skills in 3D rendering and architectural planning. The ideal candidate should be proficient in visualization software and capable of converting design concepts into realistic 3D models and detailed working drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.
• Develop conceptual and working floor plans as per project requirements.
• Prepare presentation drawings, master layouts, and interior layouts for client approvals.
• Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure feasibility and functionality of designs.
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback from clients or project heads.
• Ensure all plans and visualizations comply with building codes and project standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop
• Experience in 3D rendering, architectural planning, and detailing
• Good understanding of spatial planning, materials, and lighting
• Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
