Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting target collections and recoveries
  • Ensuring productivity on a continual mode
  • Ensuring recoveries with minimum delinquency
  • Ensuring portfolio quality in line with organizational objectives
  • Ensuring minimal conversions of Soft repayment to field collection
  • Ensuring maximum provisioning reversal
  • Ensuring timely repossession, efficient disposal mechanism, stockyard management

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate Fresher/ up to 4 Years of relevant experience in Collections (all buckets up to NPA)

Job Locations: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Bhadrak, Balasore
