Are you a skilled linguist looking for long-term freelance opportunities? TransPerfect is seeking talented Translation Linguists and Proofreaders to join our global network.

Mandatory Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - US into Oriya-India .
  • Specialization in Life Sciences, specifically Informed Consent Forms.
  • Strong attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements (Must meet ONE of the following):

  • A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, OR an equivalent degree with significant translation training from a recognized institution.
  • 2 years of translation experience a college degree.
  • 5 years of translation experience (no degree required).
  • A certificate of competence in translation issued by an appropriate government body.

Additional Requirements:

  • Confidentiality agreement.
  • Completion of required skill evaluation tests.
  • Successful completion of onboarding modules.
