Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Source, vet, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors—ranging from niche storytellers to high-end tastemakers.
  • Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign briefs to ensure timely and impactful content creation.
  • Track and manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and usage rights in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.

Relationship Building & Community Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, PR contacts, and talent managers.
  • Support the development of a tiered influencer community—from micro to VIP luxury influencers.
  • Attend brand events and activations to cultivate in-person influencer connections.

Content & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with content and social teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand aesthetics and tone.
  • Monitor and share top-performing content and community insights to inspire future campaigns.
  • Ensure brand messaging is communicated authentically across all influencer-led content.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI from influencer campaigns.
  • Provide regular insights, post-campaign analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
