Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring clean, hygienic, and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas in the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise room attendants and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure rooms, corridors, and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Conduct room inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and daily task allocation.
- Ensure availability of cleaning supplies and inventory control.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards
- Team supervision and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Good communication and guest-handling ability
- Experience in hotel/resort housekeeping preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
