Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for multiple residential villa projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality construction, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and manage civil and finishing work to ensure timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities from excavation to structure to finishing.
  • Coordinate with civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, and interior vendors.
  • Ensure work is done as per architectural and structural drawings.
  • Manage materials on-site, ensure timely delivery, and avoid wastage.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards and safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly status to management.
  • Work closely with architects and engineers for design implementation.
  • Handle on-site troubleshooting and resolve execution-related issues.
  • Supervise interior finishing work including tiling, painting, woodwork, false ceiling, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and organized construction site at all times.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction supervision.
  • Proven experience in building independent villas/kothis or similar residential structures.
  • Strong knowledge of civil works, structural execution, and interior finishing.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with local construction norms, labor laws, and safety practices.

Education:

  • Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
