Factory Manager Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily factory operations and production processes
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline production
• Manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Implement cost-effective production strategies
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
• Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factory
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations
• Prepare and manage the factory budget
• Provide leadership and direction to improve overall factory performance

Factory Manager Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of production management principles
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of factory machines and equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
