Requirements

What You'll Do:

  • Collect, analyze, and annotate data from DWG files, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, architectural, and structural plans.
  • Develop and implement annotation processes to meet capability requirements—creating clear guidelines for annotation teams, identifying gaps, and ensuring process consistency.
  • Conduct quality checks on annotated data to maintain accuracy, precision, and standardization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data readiness and integrity for downstream applications.
  • Meet project deadlines and productivity goals while maintaining high-quality outputs.

About You:

  • Hands-on experience working with CAD/DWG files.
  • Background in drafting or design within architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in working on complex, large-scale projects such as data centers, medical labs, and airports across regions like the USA, UAE, and Singapore.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to AI/ML applications related to data annotation or modeling.
  • Educational background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
