Job Title: Head of Design – Luxury Home Improvement Solutions

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years (mandatory)

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Design to lead our creative and visualization team in Navi Mumbai.

The role focuses on building and managing a talented team of 3D Designers and Interior Visualizers, curating complete luxury home improvement solutions — covering floor and wall surfaces, feature walls, bathrooms, kitchen wall and floor tiles, marble, and fittings.

The ideal candidate will combine creative direction, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of design trends with strong leadership and client-interaction skills. This role requires someone who can guide the team to translate concepts into visually compelling presentations that elevate the client experience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, train, and lead a Design & 3D Visualization Team to deliver exceptional creative outputs.

Develop design systems, mood boards, and material palettes that align with the brand's luxury positioning.

Conceptualize and oversee photorealistic 3D renders and immersive presentations for client projects.

Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop complete project solutions tailored to client briefs.

Attend client presentations, guide them through design proposals, and ensure all visual concepts align with client expectations and brand aesthetics.

Define and maintain design standards, quality benchmarks, and trend updates across product categories (tiles, marble, bath fittings).

Work closely with vendors and marketing teams to develop new design concepts and display mock-ups for showrooms.

Evaluate new technologies, materials, and visualization tools to enhance the design workflow.

Maintain a high level of design consistency, style sensibility, and visual storytelling throughout all client and internal presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

7–10 years of experience in design, visualization, and leadership roles within the home improvement or interior design industry.

Strong portfolio demonstrating of creative direction.

Deep understanding of material coordination, luxury finishes, and spatial aesthetics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.

Comfortable in client-facing interactions and high-value project presentations.

Ability to manage multiple design pipelines, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience with premium surface, tile, marble, or bathroom fitting brands.

Strong network within the architectural and design fraternity.

Proven ability to bridge creative vision with business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
