About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Python Team Lead with 4–6 years of hands-on development experience to lead and mentor a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Python, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide the team toward delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Python developers and oversee project execution end-to-end.
  • Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable backend solutions.
  • Review code, set best practices, and ensure high coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
  • Manage task allocation, timelines, and sprint planning.
  • Perform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and debugging.
  • Conduct regular technical reviews and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of strong experience in Python development.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and ORMs.
  • Good experience with Databases – PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
  • Familiarity with Version Control (Git) and CI/CD processes.
  • Good experience with Docker, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
  • Experience in leading a development team is mandatory.
  • Ability to conduct technical interviews and onboard new team members.

  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
