Job Responsibilities

  • Test complex API and web applications that reference database back-end systems.
  • Perform testing, Create, and maintain automated test cases, execute test suites, review and diagnose reported bugs, and ensure overall system quality before a customer release.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated suites of tests through continuous integration for value-added feedback.
  • Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verifies fixes.
  • Works closely with software developers to create software artifacts, including test plans, cases, procedures, and reports.
  • Work in cross-functional areas with internal partner engineering teams in a disciplined agile environment.
  • Estimate own testing tasks and work productively with minimum supervision while showing an excellent team attitude.
  • Working closely with Software Developers and the Product Management team to understand a domain and product.
  • Focus on developing automated Functional Integration tests and end-to-end tests through open-source test frameworks for comprehensive system testing within an Agile environment.

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience in API testing from Postman /SOAP/ RESTful is required.
  • Experience with Load Testing
  • Experience with Infrastructure Testing
  • Docker & Kubernetes basics
  • Experience with Test processes, open-source test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases and automating tests in JavaScript/Python with different frameworks.
