To learn more about us, please visit us at ... Description : As UX & UI Designer Specialist at Clarapath works to create world-class experiences for all our users. You'll work across both product, design and marketing teams to put your talent to work.

Responsibilities :

● Interact with Product teams and Integration teams to map business requirements to domain requirements and design qualities such as reliability, high performance, intuitive, security, reusability, testability etc.

● Analyze, design and develop a high quality application/modules supporting multiple browsers like chrome, safari, Mozilla, Edge, etc and supporting Web and mobile applications with enhanced UI features

● Support the development teams on all levels with the right design of all layers and assist the scrum teams in implementing the taken decisions such as appropriate technology, tools, solutions, workow, coding standards etc.

● Conducting live application tests and tweaks.

● Updating web applications in line with user trends.

● Conduct user research and interaction studies,

● Translate user stories and business requirements into effective designs.,

● Design sitemap, wireframes, prototypes and UI using Figma. Work with Product Management & leadership to evolve our product brand identity style guide.

● Actively work with software Product Managers to design Product Workows, Mindmaps

● Work on Brand guidelines from a UI/UX perspective

● Design Social Medial Posts for LinkedIn and Twitter

● Build a Design Blue Book for the company for all their software products with support from Product & Management Teams

Required Skills:

● Figma

● Corel Draw or PSD or Adobe Illustrator.

● Ability to present the demos of the wireframe

● Basic knowledge on Jira

● Ability to Experiment with new design concepts from scratch ● Open to try new experiences and aspects of design

● In-depth knowledge of user interface models, application design, website functionality, etc.

● 2-4+ years of exp in building UI applications design Portfolio is required for web and mobile apps, for at least 2 applications. ● Experience in Micro-frontend, Experience using CSS tools and frameworks such as Material UI

● Experience and best practices for designing, publishing, documenting, analysing, and managing APIs to drive consumption, collaboration, and internal/external reuse.

● Good knowledge in delivering standard, compliant (W3C, XHTML) and accessible (WCAG, 508) websites

● Experience in the health care domain and healthcare will be an added advantage.
