Title: Group Product Manager – Derma Department: Marketing / Product Management Location: Mumbai Reports To: Marketing HeadJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Group Product Manager (GPM) for our Derma div. The GPM will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing a portfolio of dermatology products and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve growth, market share, and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the dermatology product portfolio. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Plan and manage new product launches and lifecycle management.

Team & Portfolio Management:Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with brand goals. Manage product lifecycle and P&L responsibility for assigned brands in the derma category. Ensure effective segmentation, positioning, and targeting strategies.

Sales Enablement & Training:Design and execute training programs and marketing materials for the sales force. Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of brand plans. Monitor field feedback and adapt strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with dermatologists, KOLs, and industry experts for product insights and advocacy. Performance Analysis & Reporting:Track brand performance against KPIs (market share, sales, margins). Analyze ROI of marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Life Sciences MBA in Pharma/ Marketing.8–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 4–6 years in dermatology segment (Mandatory)Proven track record in brand management and product lifecycle strategies. Experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
