Role Overview

As a Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager, you will:

  • Drive residential property sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Consult and convert HNI clients through personalized service
  • Manage digital inquiries and guide buyers on available projects
  • Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
  • Negotiate deals and provide insights on market trends and pricing
  • Coordinate with the CRM team for smooth post-sales support

What We're Looking For

  • 3–12 years of hardcore sales experience (real estate preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with HNI clients
  • Positive attitude and a strong drive for success
  • Own a bike or car with valid documents
