About the Role

As our Social Media Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of building NimbusPost's digital persona–across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and emerging platforms. This is a role for someone who loves to blend creativity with data, strategy with storytelling, and culture with content. If you can spot viral trends before they explode, understand what makes users click, and know how to build brand love while managing calendars and conversations–this is your space.

What You'll Do


• Own the Brand Voice: Craft content that builds our brand identity–bold, smart, relatable, and driven.


• Campaign & Calendar Management: Design and manage monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with marketing, launches, and cultural moments.


• Creative Direction & Scripting: Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to ideate, script, shoot, and bring reels, carousels, memes, and stories to life

• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of trends and jump on moment marketing with agility and originality.


• Audience Engagement: Respond to brand-centric DMs, comments, and tags with brand-aligned tonality and speed. Drive two-way conversations, not just posts.


• Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor what's working and what's not–track engagement, reach, saves, and shares–and iterate fast.


• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, performance marketing, community, and creative teams to align brand voice and messaging.


• External Collaboration: Discover, engage, and convert suitable influencers for paid social media post collaborations and campaigns


• Reel Spotting & Hooks: Identify trending audio, creative formats, and viral hooks and adapt them for brand-relevant storytelling.


• Experience-Led Content: Tell stories from customer wins, behind-the-scenes, team culture, and industry happenings to humanize the brand.

What You Bring


• 2–4 years of proven experience in managing social media for preferably a B2B brand, a consumer brand, SaaS, D2C, or startup.


• Strong writing skills–especially for short-form content, scripts, captions, and community responses.


• A portfolio that shows you understand engagement psychology, hook creation, and platform-specific nuances

• Creative thinking paired with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.


• A love for insights–you're just as excited about experimenting with tone as you are about measuring performance.


• Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Zoho Social, HootSuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, or Meta Business Suite is a plus
