We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Attendant to join our service team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests, and maintain smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them in finding a table.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and well-presented before and after service.
  • Refill water, clear tables, and attend to guest requests efficiently.
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries.
  • Handle billing and process payments accurately.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Assist with closing duties like cleaning, restocking, and setting up for the next shift.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant, Server, or Waitstaff (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems (training can be provided).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
