, we design research-backed toys that spark development through play for babies aged 0–3 years. As we grow our brand, we're looking for a social media-savvy creator who can help us tell powerful stories, build community, and make playtime a movement

What You'll Do

Plan & Execute Social Media Strategy

  • Build a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns
  • Plan creative themes for Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories)

Create and Curate Content

  • Create fun, trendy, and relatable Reels that reflect our brand's voice and vibe
  • Write compelling post copy, hooks, captions, and CTAs that reflect our playful tone
  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Reels using basic mobile editing apps (like InShot, CapCut, or Instagram's native editor) and short videos using trending audio + formats
  • Repurpose content into carousels, quote cards, behind-the-scenes, product videos etc.

Track Performance

  • Monitor key metrics using Instagram insights
  • Share simple weekly reports and tweak strategy based on what's working

Engage & Grow Community

  • Post consistently and interact with comments, DMs, and shares
  • Spot and connect with micro-influencers, creators, and parenting communities
  • Run small campaigns or collabs with relevant creators

What We're Looking For

You live and breathe Instagram – you know what hooks work, when to post, and how to ride a trend

You've built your own personal page, niche content or side hustle on social media — creativity and a small following are a BIG plus

You have a good eye for design (Canva, InShot, CapCut or similar tools)

You enjoy storytelling, baby content, and are excited about early childhood and parenting

Bonus If You:

  • Are a parent or love baby-focused content
  • Have worked with D2C or lifestyle brands before
  • Understand basic photography and lighting
