This in-between is where Business Analysts reside, acting as a bridge between the client and team. You will establish the outcomes software must achieve, assess how it will be used, and then generate > *Job responsibilities* Work with Retailers on their most challenging problems and be a part of a growing Retail practiceBuild bespoke software using the latest technologies and toolsFacilitate and lead workshops that generate ideas and content for solutionsBridge between key groups involved in the product development lifecycle in making things happen in support of the product/business visionWork in a dynamic, collaborative, and non-hierarchical environment where talent is valued over job title or years of experienceBe accountable for product/project releases on time through close collaboration with agile product development teams and the extended client organizationWork collaboratively with clients and travel if required during project inception and delivery. You'll be flexible about project location, and willing to travel as part of your role.Job qualifications Technical skillsYou have a track record of delivering impactful software, ideally on a collaborative software delivery teamYou have deep business process understanding in Retail, E-Commerce across core retail functional areas like Forecasting, Order Management, Merchandising & Assortment Planning, Pricing, Promotions, Mark-down management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Loyalty, Customer Experience, Analytics etc.You have attention to detail, a practical approach to the day-to-day work of story-writing and delivery and can draw a line directly from an overarching client strategy to your team's outcomesYou enjoy unearthing the root cause(s) of a client's pain points, validating a business opportunity or problem and partnering to deliver a solutionYou are well versed with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies and love to mentor othersYou understand how businesses operate and have experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques to facilitate requirement elicitation sessionsYou have a genuine passion for quality software and know how to get from sketch to codeProfessional skills You have a knack for prioritization, obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, and resolving conflicts as they ariseYou're resilient and flexible in ambiguous situations and enjoy solving problems from technical and business perspectivesAn interest in coaching others, sharing your experience and knowledge with teammates
