Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Designer located in New Delhi. The Furniture Designer will be responsible for designing and developing furniture pieces, collaborating with the design team, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Daily tasks include sketching, 3D modeling, selecting appropriate materials, and coordinating with contractors and craftsmen. The role also involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and overseeing the production process to ensure design accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
- Furniture Design, Product Design, and Interior Design skills
- Knowledge of Furniture making techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team and communicate with clients
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Bachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or related field
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
