Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for consumer replacement tires in the Bikaner area.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to expand the dealer network within the assigned territory.
  • You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and motivating existing dealers to drive sales performance and ensure consistent product availability.
  • You will be responsible for conducting regular market visits to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and sharing timely insights with management.
  • You will be responsible for organizing and participating in dealer meetings, product training sessions, and promotional events to strengthen market engagement.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales data, preparing reports on sales performance, market share, and competitor analysis.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments from dealers and effectively managing credit limits.
  • You will be responsible for collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth product knowledge of Goodyear's consumer replacement tire portfolio and competitor offerings.
  • You will be responsible for adhering to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience.
  •  Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
