We are seeking an experienced Group Account Manager to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, along with experience in managing and leading account teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Account Managers and Associates, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction
  • Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
  • Develop and execute successful advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social media
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Responsible for executing monthly reviews on revenue, profitability, client satisfaction scores and employee performance scores

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in advertising account management
  • Strong understanding of advertising channels, including digital and traditional media
  • Proven track record of successful account management and client retention
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
