Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop designs for a variety of print and digital mediums, including brochures, catalogues, social media posters, website images, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Maintain organized files of completed projects for easy access and future reference.
  • Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all creative assets.
  • Stay updated with current design trends and footwear market aesthetics to bring fresh and appealing ideas.
  • Prepare layouts, mockups, and prototypes for internal review and approvals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Support video editing, animation, or motion graphics tasks, if required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a graphic designer, ideally with exposure to retail, fashion, or product-based industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in product packaging, catalog design, or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing practices.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
