We're seeking a Data Analyst / MIS Executive who thrives on numbers, insights, and process improvement to strengthen our data-driven decision-making framework. Core Responsibilities 1. Data Collection & Management
• Manage and maintain databases (MySQL) with high accuracy.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across systems. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
• Prepare and automate MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Develop dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio for management insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business and operational decisions. 3. Performance Monitoring
• Track and monitor sales, operations, and performance KPIs.
• Design and maintain ranking or point-based systems (e.g., daily Excel rankings).
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. 4. Automation & Process Improvement
• Build and maintain Excel VBA macros for data automation.
• Automate repetitive tasks and report generation (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL scripts).
• Enhance data pipelines to ensure faster and more reliable reporting. 5. Support & Collaboration
• Support internal teams (sales, operations, management) with data insights and reporting needs.
• Respond to queries and assist team members with goal tracking and data understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and analyze business data effectively. Required Skills & Tools
• Advanced proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
• Experience with VBA and SQL
• Working knowledge of Power BI / Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets Role & responsibilities
