Role & responsibilities

KPI Coordination

  • KPI data collection from Internal team, 3PL & Transporters to find out gaps
  • Consolidation of KPI data to review at HO level and feedback to concern personals
  • Maintain monhtly data of Cost, Quality and Delivery parameters and review with HO and Regional team for Ranking
  • Plan & conduct Liaision meeting with Mktg. and record ongoing tasks

E-Way Bill Management

  • Manage E-way bills data with coordination of Warehouse team
  • Support in collating past year transactions data from warehouse to Taxation
  • Coordination with IT team for Eway bill system is working 24 hrs. & rectification through external agency if any error occurs
  • Provide MIS reports for e-way bill usage, expiry, cancellations, and pending actions
  • Keep updated with changes in GST/e-way bill rules and implement them

Vendor Coordination

  • Follow up with vendors to deliver consumable products at designated locations
  • Knowledge of SAP transactions, PO creation to closure process
  • Monitor vendor-wise SOB of FTL, PTL in accordance of defined and allocation for entire year
  • Supplier bills verification and submission to accounts, followup for timely payment
  • Vehicle (FTL) Indent vs. Placement data coordination with Warehouse team and failure report sharing to vendors

MIS & Reports

  • Annual data preparation for vendor negotiation, support in RFQ issuance and quote collection from vendor
  • Track and report freight costs, delivery timelines, and efficiency KPIs.
