Job Summary:

Kirloskar Brothers Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visual content that strengthens KBL's brand presence across digital and print platforms. This role requires expertise in design software, a strong understanding of branding and the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity & Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with KBL's brand guidelines and corporate identity.
  • Graphic Design: Create marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, presentations, box packaging, in-shop branding, banners and infographics.
  • Digital & Print Assets: Design assets for digital marketing campaigns, emailers, newsletters, and corporate reports.
  • Event & Exhibition Collateral: Design branding materials, booth graphics, posters, and invitations for trade shows and corporate events.
  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Develop short promotional videos, animations, and motion graphics for social media and corporate presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance KBL's marketing communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and branding expertise.
  • Understanding of print production and digital media requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in designing for B2C industries or the engineering/manufacturing sector.
  • Graphics designing and videography skills are an advantage.
