Role Summary

We are seeking a highly passionate Computer Science Instructor with an academic background in MSc Computer Science / MCA and strong technical expertise.

The Instructor will guide students through practical software development, mentor them through real-world product-building, and support their journey toward industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Teaching & Mentoring

  2. Deliver high-quality sessions on programming, software development, and computer science fundamentals.

  3. Teach using a practical-first, project-based approach aligned with 's startup-style learning model.
  4. Mentor students on real-world product development, debugging, and technical execution.

  5. Support students across different learning paths: career-focused, founders, or hobby developers.

  6. Technical Training

  7. Teach key technologies such as:

  8. Programming Languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++)
  9. Web Development (HTML, CSS, JS, MERN/MEAN stack preferred)
  10. Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  11. Software Engineering concepts
  12. Git, version control, and deployment basics
  13. Conduct hands-on workshops, code reviews, and practical labs.

  14. Help students understand industry best practices, clean code principles, and real-world workflows.

  15. Student Progress & Evaluation

  16. Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and technical evaluations.

  17. Provide constructive feedback and guide students to improve coding and problem-solving skills.

  18. Support students in developing a strong portfolio aligned with industry requirements.

  19. Collaboration & Program Development

  20. Work closely with the academic and product studio teams to refine curriculum modules.

  21. Participate in innovation discussions and contribute to improving the learning ecosystem.

  22. Help create course materials, learning resources, and project guidelines.

  23. Professional Development Support

  24. Guide students in grooming, soft skills, and interview preparation related to tech roles.

  25. Motivate students to stay consistent, disciplined, and committed throughout the program.

Required Qualifications

  • MSc Computer Science / MCA (Mandatory).
  • Strong technical understanding and real-world application of software development concepts.
  • 0–3 years of teaching or training experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals & passion for teaching are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and student-handling skills.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

-Experience working on real-time projects.

-Knowledge of startup workflows, Agile/Scrum basics.

-Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

-Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.
