We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven SEO Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, AI-driven search, voice/answer engine optimization (AEO), and best practices for driving organic growth. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring SEO strategies that increase visibility, improve keyword rankings, and drive qualified traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical, Local, AEO).
  • Conduct keyword research (short-tail, long-tail, local, and conversational/voice search).
  • Optimize website architecture, content, landing pages, blogs, and meta tags.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements: crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site speed, mobile optimization, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, , etc.
  • Set up and optimize Local SEO strategies: Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, local directories, geo-targeted content.
  • Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) by creating FAQ-rich content, featured snippets, voice-search-friendly answers, and schema.
  • Build and manage link-building campaigns with a focus on authority, relevance, and natural growth.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Stay updated on the latest Google algorithm updates, AI in search (SGE – Search Generative Experience), and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all projects.
  • Prepare monthly SEO reports with insights, performance tracking, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist/SEO Manager/SEO Expert (3+ years preferred).
  • Deep understanding of modern SEO practices: on-page, off-page, technical, local SEO, and AEO.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with schema markup / structured data (JSON-LD).
  • Knowledge of AI-driven search optimization (Google SGE, Bing Chat, voice assistants).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in content marketing & copywriting with an SEO focus.
  • Knowledge of international/multilingual SEO.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices.
  • Understanding of paid search (PPC) and how SEO integrates with overall digital marketing strategy.
