Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Manage the Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • * Lead a team of R2R professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to intercompany reconciliations.
  • * Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 15-23 years of experience in Record To Report R2R, Transformation Management, Intercompany Reconciliation, or a related field.
  • * Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • * Proven track record in managing teams and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

  • Experience of managing 50+ team members .
