Hiring: Senior Pharmacist (With NABH Experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years

Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm (Valid License Mandatory)

About the Role:

We are Senior Pharmacist hands-on experience in hospital pharmacy operations and a strong understanding of NABH standards. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day pharmacy activities, ensuring compliance, and leading the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with NABH guidelines and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of drug dispensing, indenting, and stock management.
• Monitor expiry, near-expiry, and slow-moving medicines.
• Coordinate with departments for timely medicine supply.
• Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and medication administration guidelines.
• Train and guide junior pharmacy staff.
• Support audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy processes.
• Hands-on experience with NABH standards and audits.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Proficiency in inventory management and software operations.
