Graphic Designers & Video Editor Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3-6 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field. This role requires expertise in design tools like
Photoshop, Illustrator
, and other creative software. You will be responsible for creating engaging visuals, designing print and digital advertisements, and editing high-quality videos to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design creative and compelling visuals for a variety of media including print, digital ads, social media, websites, publications, and more.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to develop visually engaging content aligned with the brand's tone and messaging.
  3. Create and edit high-quality videos for promotional purposes, social media campaigns, and internal presentations.
  4. Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects to produce professional-grade graphics and video content.
  5. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
  6. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising on creativity or quality.
  7. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to ensure fresh and innovative output.
  8. Handle pre-production, production, and post-production tasks for video projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.
  9. Prepare print-ready artwork for publications, advertisements, and promotional materials, coordinating with external vendors as needed.
  10. Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, communications, and sales, to deliver cohesive and impactful visual content.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  3. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant software.
  4. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both graphic design and video editing.
  5. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  6. Experience creating visuals for various platforms (digital, print, web, and video).
  7. Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with other departments to meet project goals.
  9. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in designing for social media, web, and print platforms.
  2. Ability to storyboard and conceptualize video content from ideation to final product.
  3. Knowledge of industry trends in design, multimedia, and video production.
