What this role is aboutWe are looking for Associate Product Managers who possess a passion for pushing technology to the limits and finding creative solutions that make an impact for our users. They will work closely with user research and cross-functional teams to identify product insights, create the product vision, drive development, launch high-quality product experiences, and continuously iterate.

- Understands the consumer through past experiences, research, and market data and ensures laser focus on the consumer during product development.

- Passion for shipping consumer-facing high-quality products. Launched features/products to external customers (either B2C or B2B).
- Ability to understand and evaluate complex engineering systems and suggest creative solutions by collaborating closely with engineering.
- Excellent product design skills with solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Strong business acumen.
- Intuitive but data-driven, combining the power of analytics and heuristics with innovative customer validation techniques.
- Ability to marshal consensus and sell product vision both internally and externally.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- You have 1-3 years of experience in product design or product management.
- You're passionate about building the best possible user experience and you monitor your metrics to see whether you're delivering.
- Experience managing a team and developing internet or media products and technologies would be highly preferred.
- End-to-end product management experience with software/web technologies (e.g., on mobile).
- You are proficient in Figma or Sketch and have experience in software development.
- You're passionate about sharing your knowledge and have mentored other product managers.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans.
- You have empathy towards users and colleagues, are creative, and excited by ideating/building.
- You have the business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability.
- You seek high ownership, independent environments, and feedback-oriented cultures.
