We are expanding our team and looking for Experienced Visa Counselors and a Receptionist to join us.

  1. Visa Counselors – Education Abroad (Canada | UK | Europe | USA | Australia)

Role Expectations:

  • Handle end-to-end student visa counseling, ensuring smooth documentation and application processes.
  • Guide students & parents through country-specific visa requirements, policies, and timelines.
  • Work on ApplyBoard platform for university applications and case management.
  • Maintain strong conversion ratios and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Build lasting relationships with students by offering the right career advice and options.
  • Stay updated with latest visa regulations, immigration updates, and university guidelines.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in student visa counseling (Canada/UK/Europe/USA/Australia).
  • Prior ApplyBoard platform knowledge will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality.
  • Strong ability to counsel, convince, and close cases effectively.

  • Target-driven mindset with passion to achieve numbers.

  • Receptionist

Role Expectations:

  • Manage front desk operations, attend calls, greet and guide students/parents.
  • Handle student walk-ins and ensure timely redirection to counselors.
  • Maintain records, appointments, and provide administrative support.
  • Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

  • Prior experience in education/overseas sector preferred.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasing personality with client-handling attitude.
  • Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
