Job Title:

Lease Analyst / Lease Administrator (Lease Abstraction, Lease Administration & CAM Reconciliation)

Job Summary:

The Lease Analyst is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and maintaining accurate lease data for a portfolio of real estate assets. This role involves abstracting key lease information, managing ongoing lease administration tasks, and performing Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations. The goal is to ensure data accuracy, compliance with lease terms, and proper financial accounting for occupancy-related expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lease Abstraction

* Read and interpret commercial lease documents, amendments, and related legal agreements.

* Abstract and summarize critical lease terms including rent schedules, options, renewal rights, operating expense responsibilities, termination clauses, and other financial and legal provisions.

* Input and maintain accurate lease data in the lease management system (e.g., Yardi, MRI, CoStar, Visual Lease, Lucernex, etc.).

* Verify abstracted data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

* Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Accounting, Real Estate, Facilities) to resolve discrepancies or ambiguities in lease terms.

2. Lease Administration

* Maintain and update lease records throughout the lease life cycle (new leases, amendments, terminations, etc.).

* Monitor critical dates such as rent commencement, renewals, expirations, and option notice deadlines.

* Generate recurring reports for rent rolls, occupancy costs, and lease status summaries.

* Process rent payments, billings, and adjustments per lease terms.

* Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate lease data.

* Assist with audits and ensure compliance with lease obligations and internal policies.

3. CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Reconciliation

* Review landlord CAM, insurance, and real estate tax reconciliations for accuracy and compliance with lease provisions.

* Validate expense allocations, caps, exclusions, and gross-up calculations.

* Communicate and resolve discrepancies with landlords or property managers.

* Prepare tenant-level CAM reconciliation statements and adjustments.

* Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper accruals and expense recognition.

Qualifications:

Experience:** 110 years of experience in lease abstraction, administration, /Lease Administration / CAM reconciliation

Soft Skills:

* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents.

* Team-oriented, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

Male Candidates are preferrable

Salary: 20% hike from the previous CTC
