Job Summary:

We're seeking a proactive Runner to support our banking operations team. The Runner will assist customers at their location, manage documents, and provide excellent customer service, ensuring seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Document assistance: Visit customers' locations to collect and deliver documents, ensuring timely and efficient service.

2. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and resolving issues.

3. Banking operations: Assist in daily banking operations, including document processing and reporting.

4. Corporate loan support: Assist in corporate loan processing, including document collection, verification, and submission.

5. Communication: Liaise with customers, branch staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

or equivalent qualification

2. Basic knowledge of banking products and services, including corporate loans

3. Familiarity with banking software and systems

4. Strong communication and customer service skills

5. Ability to travel to customers' locations

Preferred:

1. Banking or finance experience

2. Knowledge of corporate loan products and processes

3. Familiarity with financial analysis and credit appraisal

4. Knowledge of local language and customs

5. Two-wheeler with valid license
