We are building an elite transcription team for a high-visibility position within a global medical documentation company. This is not a typical transcription role. We are looking for exceptional talent who can consistently deliver first-pass, client-ready transcripts with no safety net and no downstream QA.
 

You'll be transcribing complex, high-difficulty medical-legal reports from multiple dictation styles (fast, mumbled, accented, disorganized). You'll be expected to maintain speed, accuracy, and independence from day one.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Transcribe 90–100 minutes of audio per day with =98% accuracy
  • Handle any dictator, any complexity
  • Deliver clean, client-ready transcripts without second-level QA
  • Maintain strict turnaround times and formatting specifications
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision and zero hand-holding 
  • Participate in occasional performance reviews or calibration audits

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of medical transcription experience and 2 or more years of medical-legal experience
  • Proven ability to handle multiple specialties and difficult dictators
  • Strong American grammar, spelling, medical, and medical-legal terminology proficiency
  • High-speed internet; a laptop will be provided
  • Willingness to be tested and held accountable for direct output
