Position: Sales Coordinator

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Schedule site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports such as daily activity, lead status, and monthly sales data.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication between sales, marketing, and management.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in customer support/admin roles.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support sales targets.
