We are looking to hire a talented and creative YouTube Content Creator and Video Editor to join our team. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of producing viral reels and promotional videos. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and deep expertise in engaging video formats optimized for maximum reach and shareability.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

* Planning, scripting, and producing engaging YouTube videos and viral reels for brand and product promotion.

* Editing video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms, ensuring high visual impact and trend alignment.

* Researching current viral trends and weaving them into campaign scripts and concepts.

* Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling storylines and hooks that drive viewer engagement.

* Optimizing video content (thumbnails, hashtags, CTAs) for platform algorithms to maximize reach and shares.

* Managing scheduling, uploading, and performance tracking of video releases.

* Communicating effectively with on-camera talent, team members, and stakeholders for smooth production.

Candidate requirements include:

* Demonstrated experience in creating viral video content on YouTube, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.

* Strong proficiency in major video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

* A creative portfolio showcasing viral reels, high-engagement promotions, and storytelling.

* Up-to-date knowledge of video trends, memes, effects, sounds, and features that drive virality.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Hindi/English preferred.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Preferred skills include:

* Previous work in digital marketing and influencer-driven campaigns.

* Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

* Proficiency with animation, motion graphics, and interactive video features.
